Magura Zamfirei Haiduc White Rum is the first white rum produced in Romania, made 100% at the Magura Zamfirei Distillery using only the finest sugarcane molasses sourced from South America.
Crafted with skill and passion by our master distiller, following South American traditions, it goes through fermentation and then a “one and a half” distillation process in a small copper pot still.
This unusual distillation method highlights the rich, pronounced notes of molasses, honey and sweet vanilla.
Haiduc Rum is a delicate and approachable product, containing no added sugar, flavours or colours.
It is a full-bodied rum, very fruity, with strong vanilla notes. It impresses with its bouquet dominated by brown sugar and subtle hints of coffee.
