Refund policy

  • How do I return an item or more items that have been delivered?
You are eligible to return any product within 30 days of receiving your items. Simply write to us at orders@romaniandrinks.co.uk or fill in our contact form to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition as you received them and in their original packaging.

Returns are subject to a courier charge unless we tell you otherwise.


To help with the process, we may send you a return label as well as instructions on how to send the package so all you need to do is to make sure you pack the products well to be returned safely.


  • What do I do in case I receive damaged or faulty products?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if any of the items are damaged.

In the event of damaged item(s), we will either process a refund for the respective item(s) or seek to replace or offer a substitution.

We will provide a full refund for any products that are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. We may require faulty products to be returned to us.


  • What to do if you receive the wrong or an extra item?
We will never substitute a product unless you agree to the change.

If the product is not available anymore, we will put the order on hold and contact you to agree on the next steps.

We will do our best to avoid this situation but in case you do receive an item that you didn’t expect, please contact us using our contact form or send us an email at orders@romaniandrinks.co.uk.

Should you receive an extra item, feel free to enjoy it with us, there’s no need to return it.


  • Returns and refunds
Returning the products is as easy as ordering. Once you’ve notified us that you wish to return the product(s), we will either ask you to return the items or arrange for a collection. Upon receiving the undamaged and unopened product(s) we will proceed to issue a refund.


Processing the refund will vary based on your method of payment, the payment processor and your bank but it shouldn’t take more than 5 – 7 working days for your account to be credited.
