General delivery information

We offer delivery across the England, Wales, Scotland inclusive of the Highlands and Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey and the delivery cost will be calculated at check-out based on your shopping basket total, your location, the speed of the delivery and the total weight of your order. These options will appear at check-out once your postcode has been entered.

For Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey you will need to select from the Country/Region field the respective region from the drop-down menu on the check-out page.

Deliveries are tracked and a photo for evidence will be taken upon delivery.

Please note that delivery is free of charge for orders worth £150 or more.

We offer four types of delivery but not all will apply to you:

1. Standard with EVRI

Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days from the time you place an order.

2. Express with DPD

Express delivery usually takes 2 working days from the time you place an order. Exceptions are orders placed after 11 AM on Fridays which will be dispatched the following Monday.

3. Insured and guaranteed next day delivery with FedEx (Recommended)

Available for England, Wales and South of Scotland for orders placed before 11 AM. For orders placed after 11 AM they will be processed and collected by the courier the next working day and delivered the following working day.

4. Local delivery or collection: Local delivery is available for £2 for orders under £20 or free of charge for orders over £20 for BN11, BN12, BN13, BN14 and BN16 postcodes. You can also arrange local collection from our address in Worthing.

No collections or deliveries will be made on bank holidays or weekends with the exception of local deliveries or on occasions when the courier may decide to deliver on Saturday.

Some parts of the UK, such as Northern Ireland, Scotland Highlands, Isle of Wight and Offshore Islands may require an additional 1-2 working days for delivery. 

Scottish Isles and Scotland Highlands may require additional payment to be collected after check-out as these postcodes carry higher courier costs which we can't currently reflect in our pricing. We will contact you separately if this applies.
