Beyond time, where silence keeps the echo of tradition alive, a legend was reborn. Deep within a forgotten cellar, among ancient oak barrels, a treasure once lost was rediscovered — the “Dacia Apold Cognac”.
What seemed gone became the inspiration for a new Zetea masterpiece, Vinars “Ultima Rezerva Dacia Apold”, aged over 30 years in oak, a tribute to patience, heritage, and the mastery of Transylvanian distillation.
The discovery was made by Silviu Zetea, together with his family, in a moment where past and future came together naturally, under the sign of passion and continuity.
Today, this rare spirit lives again, accompanied by a poem written especially for it by the great Adrian Paunescu, who wrote: “Born from fire and wine, a spirit stands tall, carrying its century with grace in the glass.” An homage to time itself, for those who know how to recognise and savour the true nobility of tradition.
