It has a golden yellow color, crystalline, with elements in suspension (23K gold flakes). The aromas are of overripe fruits (pineapple, golden apples, cantaloupe and bananas) with delicate touches of caramel and toffee. The texture is creamy and savoury, slightly citrusy, with a delicate acidity and a lingering, long and juicy finish.
Best served with: caviar, tuna carpaccio, foie gras, salmon, seafood salads or pasta, hard and semi-hard cheese
