ZAREA Crystal Collection Medium Dry has a fine perlage and a bright yellow colour. The taste is light, friendly, fresh and fruity (ripe pineapple, bananas and melon/cantaloupe). After swallowing, the aftertaste sensation is long, slightly sweet and very, very pleasant.

Best served with: spiced dishes, ribs, fine cheeses and not too sweet desserts
