ZAREA Crystal Collection Sweet has a pale yellow colour with slight greenish inflections. The taste is sweet, of acacia honey, candied fruit and fruit jam (white cherries, quinces, apricots and peaches). The texture is creamy and pleasant. The residual sensation of the final taste is preserved for a long time, being slightly fruity, with a pleasant hint of quince.

Best served with: foie gras or pâtés, hard and semi-hard cheese, desserts

Recommended serving temperature: 5-7°C
