Product A: Zaganu Pilsner
Zaganu Pilsner is an unpasteurised lager, naturally fermented for minimum 21 days, brewed with 3 types of premium hops, 3 types of special malts and low fermenting yeast.

Product B: Zaganu Rosie
Zaganu Rosie is a Romanian craft beer and a Belgian Red Ale, unpasteurised, naturally fermented for 23 days.
It develops a round, full-bodied taste with strong floral, spicy and fruity notes.
3 different specialty malts, 3 different hops and a special high fermentation Belgian yeast strain are used here for a great, balanced taste.

Product C: Zaganu Adonis Pale Ale
We brewed this beer to celebrate the return of the bearded eagle (one “zaganu” named Adonis) in Romania after extinction more than 80 years ago.
Zaganu Adonis Pale Ale is a Romanian craft beer and American style Pale Ale, unpasteurised and naturally fermented for 23 days and then reasonably “dry-hopped” with European (Mandarina Bavaria) and an American (Citra) hops.
Zaganu Adonis Pale Ale has a moderate bitterness, then a long, citrusy after-taste with some tangerine and tropical notes.
We brew it periodically with 3 types of malt, 2 types of hops and an American Ale yeast strain.

Product D: Zaganu India Pale Ale
Zaganu India Pale Ale is an American style IPA, light amber color, unpasteurised and naturally fermented for 23 days and then reasonably “dry-hopped”.
Our IPA has a strong bitter taste, then a long, smooth after-taste with citrusy and tropical notes.
We use 3 types of malt, 3 types of American hops (Cascade, Chinook and Citra) and an American Ale yeast strain.

Product E: Zaganu Double Rye IPA
Zaganu Double Rye IPA is a craft Romanian beer and double IPA style beer, with 8% alcohol, created with 4 different malts, one of which is rye - responsible for the slightly spicy and astringent character of the beer.
In addition, the strong hop aroma specific to the double IPA style (obtained by dry-hopping with 3 different American hops in several stages of maturation), complements and balances a full-bodied and full-flavoured craft beer.
It's a copper-reddish double IPA, very aromatic, full-bodied, slightly spicy and astringent.

Product F: Zaganu New England IPA
Hazy IPA with a fruity, juicy and slightly bitter character, Zaganu New England IPA is our hazy craft beer, New England IPA style, double dry-hopped, 6.0% ABV.
Zaganu NEW England IPA is a hazy craft beer, slightly bitter, with a super fruity, juicy character, the personal note of the hazy yeast, but also of the 3 American hops used in full for "dry-hopping”.

Product G: Zaganu 500 Imperial IPA
In the 1970s, in our village, Maneciu-Ungureni, Henri Coanda (the inventor of the jet engine) tested a suspended high-speed train that went 500 km/h (310mph) and was designed to do 7-8 minutes between Ploiesti and Bucharest. His visionary experiment was a success and is being continued today, but at that time it was stopped by the authorities for lack of funds.
Today however, Coanda's technology is being tested and will be used soon. So at the 5th anniversary of Zaganu, we made a beer in his honour: an Imperial IPA called 500.
Zaganu 500 Imperial IPA is a Romanian craft beer of 10% ABV, with a strong malt back-bone and very hoppy and aromatic.

Product H: Zaganu Imperial Stout
Zaganu Imperial Stout is a Romanian craft beer and is an old and interesting beer. It was first brewed in the UK by English brew-masters to be exported for the Russian Imperial court. The legends say that the well-traveled Peter the Great may have been the first to insist on the import of British beers to Czarist Russia. The Stout beer-style was also favoured by the Russian Imperial Court of the era and, legend has it, was the preferred beer of that immutable rogue, Rasputin. The strong, dark and complex character of the brews fit perfectly with the excessive demands of the contemporary nobility and court.
Zaganu Imperial Stout is a dark and bitter beer with 10.5% ABV, with intense and complex aromas of dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee and a hint of caramel-nutty flavour. It is brewed with 6 different special malts, 2 types of hops and fermented for a minimum period of 45 days.
