Tohani Wine Chocolate Sweet Red Wine 500ml

Tohani Wine Chocolate Sweet is a flavoured drink based on sweet wine with a composition of 83.7% red wine, 16.2% concentrated grape must, chocolate powder, chocolate flavour.

Ruby red, dense and lively when swirled in the glass, which denotes an above-average body. In the nose, the taster is greeted by compact sensations of bitter cocoa and creamy chocolate, in addition to red fruits that seem to have emerged from alcohol, such as blueberries and cherries. Spicy sensations of nutmeg and cloves, next to ground black pepper.

On the palate, it captivates us with a sweetness typical of a bitter chocolate bar, next to which small waves of soft and discreet tannins subtly flow. Silky and balanced on the finish with a long aftertaste.

Recommended with desserts in which aromas similar to sweet wine can be found, namely Madeleine made from bitter chocolate, the classic brownie recipe known to us as negresa and of course the delicate Sacher cake!
