For many years, this wine has been preserved under optimal conditions in the underground cellars of Tohani. Its colour recalls the luminous glow of antique gold, shaped by time with delicate amber reflections. The bouquet is at once complex and graceful, revealing notes of orange blossom, dried figs and raspberry honey touched with pollen.
On the palate, the wine unfolds velvety sensations of quince preserve and sun-dried grapes. Botrytised nuances, framed by refined citrus accents, define the wine’s final harmony and balance.
