Golden yellow hues, brilliant in the tasting glass. The smell is characteristic of the variety. Sensations of dried quince and fig fruits intertwine with a very present florality of linden. The balanced and dense taste, reminiscent of pear sweetness and acacia honey makes this wine complex and delicate.
Best served with: dried or candied fruit desserts and pastries: the traditional Romanian cozonac and cheese platters with noble mould.
