Tohani Rose is pale in colour, a very crystalline rose, with a pleasant and delicate fragrance. Rosehip flowers next to red berries like strawberries and raspberries with light citrus notes make it cool and aromatic. On the palate, it is delicate and intense at the same time, the fruity notes of raspberry and the sweetness of roses blending harmoniously with the citrus sensations and the savoury minerality.
Best served with: light summer salads, seafood, red fish, pasta or fruit dessert.
