Pasteurised blond beer made with crystal clear water from the famous springs of Berchisesti, blond malt, unmalted cereals (barley), natural hops from two varieties grown in Transylvania and which give the bitter taste and specific aroma to this beer and lastly carefully selected brewer's yeast.
