The name Soculent comes from the slow fermentation process (SOCU-LENT), which defines the brand’s philosophy: no compromises and no shortcuts.

Soculent is made using a slow fermentation process that takes approximately two weeks. The production process consists of three essential stages: infusing the elderflowers, naturally fermenting the infusion and filtering the drink before bottling. The products are made with 100% natural ingredients, contain no alcohol and are available all year round. We let the elderflowers from Transylvania follow their own natural rhythm and honour the spirit of Transylvania.
