Recas Schwaben Wein Cabernet Sauvignon has a clear, intense crimson colour with purple hues and strong fruit aromas (sour cherries, blueberries), with a balanced acidity.

The Cabernet grapes are harvested very late in the season because this variety ripens naturally later.

Best served with: smoked cheese, game, veal, duck, desserts based on cherries, blackberries, blueberries or with chocolate cream
