Sangele Ursului (Bear's Blood) Red Wine

Sangele Ursului (Bear's Blood) comes from Ceptura village, located in the heart of the Dealu Mare vineyard, which is an area with a unique viticultural potential due to its special microclimate.

Sangele Ursului is a wonderful late-harvest red. It’s youthful and full of bright red fruit flavours. The late-harvest aspect helps lets sugar concentrate in the grapes, therefore making it sweeter. This by no means is a dessert wine, it’s more medium-dry, meaning you can taste the fact it is sweeter than a normal red wine.

This wine resembles the popular Port wine, with a lower alcoholic content and a refreshing red fruit flavour.

Best served with: fine cheese and desserts

Recommended serving temperature: room temperature or only slightly cooled
