Recas Schwaben Wien Feteasca Regala White Wine 750ml

Schwaben Wein Rose by Cramele Recas is made from the must extracted from red grapes, after a short maceration period in the presence of the skins. The process continues with the fermentation of this rose must in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and a selection of yeasts to ensure freshness. Several domestic and international varieties are used and the colour of the wine, salmon pink, denotes fresh and elegant aromas. Fermentation is stopped at about 30 g/l of residual sugar to accentuate the resulting fruity flavours and obtain a perfectly balanced medium sweet rose.

Tasting notes: Salmon-pink colour of medium intensity. Aromas of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries), dense and persistent. Good acidity, which combines perfectly with the sensation of sweetness, preserving the wine's dynamic character.
