Recas Schwaben Wein Cabernet Sauvignon & Pinot Noir Red Wine

Schwaben Wein Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir by Cramele Recas is assembled after fermentation to get this unique blend. The fermentation process of the wort is stopped at about 30-35 g/l of natural sugar, to allow a wine to be obtained medium sweet.

On the palate, the wine is distinguished by a pronounced body, as well as tannins well balanced by the natural sweetness of the grapes. The higher level of extraction of aromas is achieved by using fractions of the press at high pressure, thus increasing the phenolic compounds of the wine. The Pinot Noir grape with its thinner skin than Cabernet brings freshness and extra flavours to this wine.

Tasting notes: Cherry red with violet reflections, good clarity. Intense aromas of red fruits (sweet cherries, blueberries and blackcurrants). Good acidity, medium body, round tannins, integrated alcohol, with a pleasantly sweet finish. Balance between flavours,
alcohol and tannins.

Food pairing: Seasoned sausages, baked veal, smoked cheese, mouldy cheese or desserts with red fruits, nuts, almonds, raisins and cozonac (sweet bread).
