What is this Sauvignon Blanc Fumé like?
Purcari Sapiens Sauvignon Black Fume is a contrast between the grape’s natural freshness and the creamy influence of oak aging. Aromas of gooseberry and grapefruit peel. Citrus notes and crisp acidity on the palate, balanced by hints of freshly cut grass, blackcurrant buds and well-toasted oak vanilla. Made from hand-harvested and carefully selected grapes, vinified using traditional methods.
