Saperavi is a wine with a strong personality that will surprise you - it‘s an explosion of grace, perfect for edgy combinations and the most surprising olfactory mixtures.
Saperavi wine has a deep red color, with purple reflections, with notes of autumn berries, ripe black berries, plums, blackberries, blackcurrants, and spices.
The taste is sophisticated, texture is velvety, tannins are soft and silky.

Best served with: grilled meats, hot sauces and well-aged cheeses

Recommended serving temperature: 18-20°C
