Purcari 1827 Sauvignon Blanc Moldovan White Wine

Purcari 1827 Sauvignon Blanc is a dry white wine. Like a finely crafted diamond, the wine is well-contoured. It is full of vigour and freshness. Made from grapes harvested and selected by hand. Produced using traditional methods.

Colour: bright straw yellow.

Bouquet: This Sauvignon Blanc has an intense aroma dominated by flowers and exotic fruits, rich in grapefruit and lime accents and is complemented by subtle floral nuances.

Taste: light and crisp on the palate, with plenty of mouthwatering freshness followed by a long aftertaste, fruity well-defined and a well balanced acidity. Fresh, well defined, fruity, with a well-balanced acidity.

Food pairing: salad, Crottin de Chavignol, goat cheese, sea bass fish.

Serving temperature: 10-12℃.
