Purcari 1827 Pinot Noir – a dry, light and delicate wine, like fine silk.
Obtained from hand-picked and selected grapes, vinified according to traditional methods, from the carbonised, loamy-sandy black earth soil of the Purcari microzone (south-eastern part of Moldova). Aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.
Colour: red-purple.
Bouquet: Varietal-specific bouquet with complex aromas of strawberries, violets and raspberries.
Taste: velvety, full, persistent, ending in an aftertaste with fine nuances of aging.
Food pairing: Gruyère de Comté cheese, game, mushrooms, venison, grilled red meat, smoked meat, sausages and asparagus
Serving temperature: 18-20°C.
