Purcari 1827 Merlot wine is obtained from grapes harvested and selected by hand. Vinified using the traditional method. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Purcari 1827 Merlot is a velvety dry wine – delicate to the touch but with a complex structure that impresses.
Colour: ruby red.
Bouquet: fine aromas of smallness and sapphire.
Taste: velvety, with a pleasant astringency and with nuances of oak, blackberry and rose. Accentuated by a lingering aftertaste. The ruby red color is characterised by fine flavours of red fruits.
Best served with: Smoked duck breast, turkey or veal fillet, pork steak or prosciutto snacks.
Recommended serving temperature: 18-20℃.
