This is a very old variety, native, originating from Bohotin, from which this wine is obtained. Husi Busuioaca de Bohotin Rose Medium sweet has a typical rosy colour, but which can sometimes be pink or aubergine pink, depending on the climatic conditions of the harvest year. The harmony between alcohol, sugar, acidity, make this wine present itself as a whole, from which nothing is missing. The taste is sweet, copious, being of a distinct originality. The weak shade of bitterness, sometimes perceptible in the aftertaste, contributes substantially to the increase of the quality of the wine.
Best served with: salmon, seafood, fish in brine, various cheeses, even some desserts
