Pelin de Urlati is a Romanian product that connects the tradition of the places with the view, following an ancient recipe of immersing wormwood in wine. The synergy between essential oils extracted from aromatic plants and wine results in a drink that is friendly to the human body and has therapeutic effects. Pelin de Urlati is recognised as the first product of this type in Romania.

It is a traditional Romanian product that can be the equivalent of digestives, less aggressive due to the wine's specific alcohol level and more pleasant due to the bittersweet taste.

It can be a good aperitif, brilliant in cocktails, but it can also be served as a dessert with fruit salads.

Recommended serving temperature: 4-6⁰C
