Pelin de Urlati Red Wine

Pelin de Urlati is a Romanian product that connects the tradition of the places with the view, following an ancient recipe of immersing wormwood in wine. The synergy between essential oils extracted from aromatic plants and wine results in a drink that is friendly to the human body and has therapeutic effects. Pelin de Urlati is recognised as the first product of this type in Romania.

The product is presented as a good digestive, but due to the fact that it has residual sugar, it can be served cold and for dessert. The wine is similar to vermouths with the same bittersweet notes, but the complexity given by the herbs macerated in the wine mass make this drink something unique. The finish is long and refreshing, and the effect on the body is relaxing, with a significant therapeutic contribution.
