Aroma: refined and gentle, with notes of mushrooms and spices, discreet hints of vanilla and oak.
Taste: pleasant and flavourful, lightly spicy, slightly woody, with a delicate fruitiness of dried fruits, dates. A wine of medium to low body, well-integrated acidity, with a lingering finish.
Serving temperature: 15-16°C.
Food pairing: can be served with grilled or pan-fried red meat dishes, golden rustic potatoes and fried bacon. Pairs very well with cold cuts, dried sausages, served with salty telemea cheese and homemade black bread.
