This is a late harvest wine, dark red with garnet shades. The taste is penetrating, of overripe cherries, dried plums and blackberries, with a well-integrated woodiness, soft tannins, medium acidity, delicate finish, lingering aftertaste.
Best served with: red and white meat prepared in the oven, red meat stew, sarmale prepared in the cauldron, lamb ribs
