Martha Rouge is the result of a classic blend between the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties, rendering the dark ruby red colour with purple hues. It gives aromatic notes of berries, blackberries, cherries, sour cherries, cocoa, wood, notes of smoke and vanilla, but with an accentuated acidity.
Best served with: grilled red meat dishes, mature cheese
