The Tandem collection represents the vision of two wineries, Liliac Winery from Romania and Castel Mimi from the Republic of Moldova, concentrated in a bottle of completely unique rose wine. It is interesting to observe during the tasting how the floral aromatic signature of Liliac winery intertwines with the full-bodied fruitiness that represents the Castel Mimi style, all the more so since Liliac Winery is known for the way it reflects the history of Transylvanian wine in each of its white, rose and red wines.
Liliac Tandem Rose is such a representative wine for the Transylvanian terroir, which delights us with the flavour of Merlot grapes in a tasting that brings with it juicy fruity aromas and a special freshness. The wine is best expressed at an optimal serving temperature between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius, and culinary it pairs excellently with seafood, spicy dishes or fish and baked vegetables.
