La Horincie Plum Brandy (Horinca prune) is made from a specific selection of ripe plums, double distilled in copper alembic stills and aged for a minimum of 16 months in oak cask. With texture and color from cask, distilled of ripe plums in the old way, with fruity fragrance preserved.
Plum Horinca is delicate and fine, with precise tones of dried fruit, accompanied in the background by impressions of acacia honey and walnuts. The taste is balanced and ripe, with an interesting acidity, which gives it freshness. In the aftertaste, the fruity aromas reach their climax, being accentuated by the well-integrated alcohol, the whole aromatic landscape being completed by some hints of vanilla, oak wood and bitter chocolate, conferred by the maturation in oak cask.
