Jidvei Grigorescu Sauvignon Blanc is a clear, crystalline, straw-yellow wine, which delights with its high acidity, typical of Transylvanian wines, which gives it a special freshness, with subtle aromas of tropical fruits, lime and grapefruit. The notes of elderflowers and freshly cut hay are reminiscent of the hills of Tarnavel at the beginning of summer.
Best served with: salads, goat and Feta cheese, burrata, chicken and turkey dishes, fresh water fish dishes
