The wines produced in Dolj county are obtained from more than 40 hectares of cultivated land with white and red varieties, Romanian and of French origin, traditionally vinified for all tastes. It is the colour of straw with green hues. Galicea Mare Pinot Gris has a higher alcohol content wine, well balanced, with notes of honeysuckle flowers and dried fruits with hints of honey and spice.
Best served with: white fish, seafood, pasta in white sauce, risotto
