The wines produced in Dolj county are obtained from more than 40 hectares of cultivated land with white and red varieties, Romanian and of French origin, traditionally vinified for all tastes. It is the colour of straw with greenish accents. Galicea Mare's Pinot Grigio smell is an intense aroma of fresh and juicy pears. A balanced wine, with notes of lemon peel, drupes and lemons.

Best served with: fried fish, vegetables, seafood

Recommended serving temperature: 8-10°C
