NATIVUS, a range that, as its name suggests, represents the 100% natural expression of the Averesti terroir and the rich symbols of the Cucuteni culture.
The grapes were harvested manually in the morning, at a sugar content of 230g/l. The harvested grapes were placed into the press, where they underwent a short, low-pressure pressing. The must was cold-settled naturally through gravity. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Traminer, also known as the queen of aromatic grape varieties, originates from northern Italy, near the Austrian border. The clay soil, which allows the grape to fully express itself — and which we have at Domeniile Avereșsti — inspired the creation of this wine, where you will discover muscat nuances and tropical fruit notes. A fresh wine with an intensely fragrant taste, robust yet tender and generous.
Domeniile Averesti Nativus Traminer de Averesti is a golden-yellow wine in colour and impresses with rich aromas of tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple, complemented by floral notes of acacia blossom. It features a pleasant herbal aroma and a balanced sweetness on the finish, enhanced by refreshing acidity. Generous and delicate, this Traminer offers a complex and elegant tasting experience.
