Busuioaca de Averesti from Domeniile Averesti has intense basil aromas complemented by floral notes. Taste dominated by white fruits – in a delicate layer of rose petals. Elegant finish with lightly spicy notes. The sugar concentration and high acidity complement each other so well that the varietal flavours are preserved but also meet the demands of dry wine drinkers. Serve very well chilled (8°C) accompanied by music, dancing, and lots of friends. Pairing with matured or fatty cheeses, but also with grilled seafood mix will complement very well the moments when you choose to enjoy the unmistakable Busuioaca de Averesti.
