Distileria Ionescu Plum Schnapps (Tuica Ghiobesti) is a traditional Romanian alcoholic beverage and is obtained exclusively through the alcoholic fermentation and distillation of plums. The natural colour is obtained by maturing in wooden barrels, without the addition of other ingredients.
