Distileria Ionescu Apricot Liqueur (Caisata Ghiobesti) is a traditional drink obtained by macerating apricots with sugar in plum distillate, without the addition of other ingredients. The natural colour is due to the well-ripened fruits, of the best quality, coming from local plantations. The drink is unfiltered and contains 1% whole fruits.
