A white medium-dry blend of Feteasca Regala and Muscat Ottonel, which conquers the palate with its light body, defined by freshness and slightly refreshing acidity.
Muse White is the Recas's cuvee dedicated to summer days! Feteasca Regala and Muscat Ottonel grapes are selected and picked at the right time, to ensure aromatic intensity and perfect freshness. After harvesting the grapes at night, the wine is de-stemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature. Any unnecessary contact with oxygen is limited by using a film of dry ice. Thus, this white blend does not come into contact with oak or oxygen, but immediately after stabilization, the wine is bottled. The result is a white wine capable of transmitting the character and purity of freshly picked grapes.
The wine is straw yellow in color, clear and bright. The nose is intense and floral: rose, jasmine, complemented by notes of summer fruits: apricot, pear and melon. On the palate, the wine is semi-dry, with a light body and refreshing acidity. The alcohol is imperceptible, and the aftertaste is slightly minty.
This wine is suitable for vegans.
Best served with: cold appetisers, creamy burrata, green asparagus, fish sashimi, tuna pizza, seafood a la plancha and summer salads, fruit ice cream.
