La Putere Feteasca Neagra is a young wine, with a complex and special bouquet, which conquers from the first tasting. The grapes chosen to be part of this assortment reach maximum maturity and intensity of aromas, being those that survive the pruning at the beginning of the season. This pruning aims to concentrate the vine's resources in the remaining grapes, to offer a more fragrant and aromatic production.
It has a slightly spicy bouquet, dominated by fruity aromas, where notes of sour cherries, raspberries, bitter cherries, currants, blueberries and plums stand out.
Best served with: Romanian dishes, pizza or desserts with forest fruits.
