Cramele Recas Implicit Feteasca Neagra is a vibrant Feteasca Neagra, born from the most renowned Romanian grape variety, carefully cultivated across the 37 hectares of the Recas vineyard.
The varied soils and different exposures contribute to its complexity, while the winemakers carefully control yields and micro-vinify each parcel, offering a wide range of expressions.
Within the range I represent, Feteasca Neagra impresses with aromas of well-ripened black fruits and an elegant body with an imposing structure.
Red grape maceration takes place at controlled temperatures and the use of oak is perfectly balanced to achieve an ideal aromatic and flavour profile (50% new oak for 4 months). I present well both young and with age. I am a strong and unique Feteasca Neagra, proof of the potential of this native grape on the Recas terroir.
My shades are ruby red with violet reflections. On the palate, I will captivate you with intense black fruit aromas: black cherries and blackberries.
I impress with my imposing body and notes of blueberry jam. After aeration, you will discover delicate hints of cedar and dark chocolate. I present a perfect balance between aromas, alcohol and tannins. I am a Romanian wine specially crafted for the new Romanian cuisine!
