Recas Castel Huniade Sauvignon Blanc is straw yellow in colour, with greenish reflections and very good clarity. It has intense characteristic aromas of citrus, elderflower, freshly cut grass, passion fruit and papaya. On the palate we find fruity, grassy and white floral notes. The finish is citrus - notes of lemon tart, tangerine sweetness.

Best served with: exotic salad with avocado, salads with smoked fish, goat's cheeses, caprese salad, pasta with pesto, fruit based desserts.

Recommended serving temperature: 6-8°C
