Recas Castel Huniade Riesling is straw yellow with greenish inflections, good clarity. It has fresh aromas of white flowers (elder, Romana) and green apples. Low attack, with good acidity, slightly citrusy, light body, when heated there are sensations of apricots and charred peaches (partially ripe), aftertaste that confirms the freshness and intensity of taste.

Best served with: Romanian cheese varieties (urda, cas), fish dishes, roe salad, pasta with pesto sauce

Recommended serving temperature: 5-8°C
