Castel Huniade Merlot & Pinot Noir is cherry red with violet reflections, good clarity. It has intense aromas of red fruits (cherries, cranberries), high acidity, medium body, ripe tannins, integrated alcohol, with a pleasant sweet sensation. There is a clear balance between aromas, alcohol and tannins.
Best served with: cheeses, Asian cuisine, desserts with red fruits, nuts, almonds, raisins
