Recas Castel Huniade Cabernet Sauvignon is a slightly vegetal red wine with a good body and young tannins, complemented by a light finish defined by spicy notes. With an intense crimson red colour with violet reflections and good clarity, it has aromas of fruit (cherries, currants), vegetal aspects and minerality.
Best served with: smoked cheese, beef goulash, mushroom soup, medium and large game, veal, duck, desserts with cherries, blackberries, currants, or with chocolate cream
