Crama Olterra Luturi Feteasca Regala & Cramposie White Wine

Crama Olterra Luturi Feteasca Regala & Cramposie is a dry white wine, resulting from the harmonious combination of two native Romanian varieties: Feteasca Regala and Cramposie.

This blend reflects the distinct characteristics of the Dragasani region, offering a balanced and refreshing taste experience. Both the Feteasca Regala and the Cramposie Selectionata are harvested at full maturity in mid-September. The grapes are carefully sorted on the sorting table, pressed and fermented at control temperature in stainless steel tanks, then aged on the fine lees for 6 months before bottling

The Olterra winery, located in the "Iancu Jianu" wine growing center in Dragasni, cultivates these varieties on clay-limestone soils, benefiting from a favourable climate for the development of specific aromas. Winemaker Marian Andries uses modern techniques to preserve the freshness and authentic character of each variety.

Nose: Fresh notes of white flowers, dried apricots and white-stone fruits

Palate: Elegant medium bodied white, very well-structured with notes of spiced pear and citrus on the palate, medium acidity and long finish. Balanced, with a pleasant acidity and a persistent aftertaste
