Crama Delta Dunarii La Sapata Petillant Naturel is an artisanal and organic white wine from the Dobrogea region in the South-East of Romania. The grape variety is 100% Feteasca Regala (Royal Maiden) an indigenous grape and is considered the part of the great wines of the Danube delta.
Obtained following the second fermentation in the bottle, which takes place through the addition of its own and natural must.
Bouquet: Intensely fruity, with notes of citrus, grass and elderflower with a slight yeast smell
Palate: Refreshing, yeasty and moreish on the palate, with grapefruit, white flowers and lime notes, lovely lingering acidity obtained from the first fermentation and long lasting finish.
Colour: Pale opalescent yellow (with yeast deposits, due to the second fermentation in bottle)
