Crama Delta Dunarii La Sapata Babeasca Neagra is an organic and artisanal wine, fermented with wild yeast and unfiltered. This wine is produced in the South-East part of Romania in the region called Dobrogea and is considered part of the great wines of the Danube delta.

Picked at full maturity early in the morning in mid-September, meticulous sorting in the winery, pressed and 100% spontaneous wild fermentation at 18 degrees. The wine is aged for 5 months on the fine lees and bottled unfiltered. 

Colour: Intense yellow 

Nose: Pronounced fruity nose with notes of citrus, grass and elderflower. 

Palate: Refreshing and moreish on the palate, with grapefruit, white flowers and lime notes, lovely lingering acidity and long lasting finish. 

Best served with: Tomato pasta dishes, sausages, burgers, grilled chicken 

Recommended serving temperature: 16-18⁰C
