Crama Ceptura Cervus Cepturum Merlot and Pinot noir is a Ruby red wine, obtained by blending Merlot and Pinot Noir varieties. Full-bodied, with distinctive aromas of black cherries, blackberries and wild berries, it is a balanced wine with light tannins, medium acidity and a delicate finish, but with an explosion of red fruit and spice in the long aftertaste.

Best served with: cheeses served "a la francais" and any red meat: beef or game.

Recommended serving temperature: 16-18⁰C
