Domeniile Averesti Cabernet Sauvignon's bouquet is of fruity aromas of sour cherries, cherries and raspberries, followed by a refreshing and fruity taste of blackberries, blackcurrants, mint and red bell pepper. Its aftertaste is medium and its body is incredibly fresh and supple for a red wine. The reason for its "au naturel" character is that the wine was not kept in wooden barrels.

Best served with: cheese, roast beef, red sauce pasta dishes

Recommended serving temperature: 14-16°C
